My journey in the Sports Performance industry started in the summer of 2006. I was 5’9” and weighed a skinny 145 pounds. In preparation for my last year of High School Basketball, I decided to dedicate myself to the weight room. This is when I realized how your performance can be directly impacted by the way you train. With no education or knowledge of how to truly train, I still noticed myself getting stronger and jumping higher. I thought to myself: “imagine if I actually knew what I was doing.”
I attended college at Temple University where I majored in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise and Sport Science. While there, I interned with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Mens Basketball team. My hunger and passion to bring out the best in my athletes began to grow.
In August 2011, I was brought on as an intern at the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, NJ. It was not too long until I began running sessions on my own ranging from speed, agility, to strength. Once I graduated from Temple, I was hired as a full-time Performance Specialist. Since then, I have trained hundreds of athletes of all different levels ranging from youth to the professional and world class level as well as worked directly with founder and CEO Bill Parisi as one of the Lead Programmers for the entire Parisi Network.
My hunger and passion to learn and improve as a Coach grows everyday. I’ve devoted my career to bringing the best out of the athletes and individuals that cross my path.
