Nutrition is often the most overlooked aspect when it comes to sport performance especially for the high school level athlete. A lot of the time, just a little bit of focus on the way an athlete eats in preparation for performance as well as for recovery from performance could go a long way.

In my nutrition consultations, I teach the athletes the importance behind the foods we eat for optimal performance as well as for recovery. I also can provide further guidance through personalized calorie and macronutrient plans designed to optimize performance.

When it comes to Nutrition, it doesn't end with just the athletes. I’m fully experienced working with all people of all different ages to help them obtain their health and fitness goals.
