These sessions combine both movement and strength into one session. They can be anywhere from 60-90min in length. Each session starts off with a full Active Dynamic Warm-up (ADW) and then goes into what the movement focus is for that day. After that, we transition into the weight room for that days programmed lift.

These sessions are designed to prepare the athlete for the next level of competition they are going to face whether that be a high school athlete getting ready for the collegiate level, or a collegiate athlete getting ready for the professional level.
