Building injury resilience is crucial for any athlete. A major part of this begins in the weight room. After a full evaluation where I am aiming to learn an athletes strengths and weaknesses, I create a personalized program designed to maintain (or increase) their strengths while improving upon their weaknesses to help them become stronger, more balanced, and better overall athletes.

My methods and beliefs are tried and true and have withstood the test of time. I also incorporate some nuances after fully testing and evaluating their validity myself.
