Athletes need to move. It’s that simple. Not all athletes move with the same quality and efficiency. Movement sessions focus on quality mechanics first. I break down the principles that dictate success behind linear speed, change of direction, agility, and maneuverability.

Once the athlete understands how to move properly and safely, the speed of the movement comes next. I accomplish this through the use of various drills including different levels of plyometrics as well as bands for added resistance to the movements.

All movement matters. The better and safer and athlete can move, the better he/she will be.
